This position allows for flexible scheduling and is supported by our robust technical platform, ensuring a seamless connection between therapist and client. Conduct psychological assessments to create personalized treatment plans Provide therapeutic counseling and intervention over video calls Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines Document and track client progress Participate in continued learning and supervision sessions Collaborate with other mental health professionals when necessary Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in virtual communication platforms Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state-specific counseling license (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) Certification in teletherapy services is preferred but not required
