Job Description:
Job Description Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited
dental school (required) Active Oregon dental license, DEA
registration, and current ACLS/PALS certifications (required)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care, community health,
or similar clinical settings preferred Demonstrated experience in
clinical leadership, mentoring, and team development Strong working
knowledge of FQHC operations, regulatory compliance, and healthcare
policy Commitment to delivering high-quality care to diverse and
underserved populations Excellent communication, collaboration, and
relationship-building skills Flexibility to work occasional
evenings or weekends as needed
