Health Network is seeking an experienced Travel Oncology Pharmacist
to support a new Oncology Infusion Center at Curry General Hospital
in Gold Beach, Oregon. The pharmacist will verify medication
orders, prepare chemotherapy medications, compound hazardous drugs,
and collaborate with oncology nurses and providers to support
infusion patients in a hospital pharmacy setting. Responsibilities:
Verify medication orders Prepare chemotherapy medications Compound
hazardous drugs Collaborate with oncology nurses and providers
Requirements: PharmD required Active Oregon Pharmacist License
(RPh) Minimum 5 years hospital pharmacy experience Oncology
pharmacy experience required Chemotherapy medication preparation
required Hazardous drug compounding experience required
Requirements Required for Onboarding Core Mandatory Part III
