Job Description:
We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where
you'll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and
thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a

Requirements: Active Oregon Pharmacist License (RPh) Minimum 5
years hospital pharmacy experience Oncology pharmacy experience
required Chemotherapy medication preparation required Hazardous
drug compounding experience required Assignment Details: Facility
Type: Hospital Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts Weekend,
holiday, and on-call rotation with pharmacy team Location
