with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in
Crescent City, California, 95531! The MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse
provides comprehensive care to adult patients requiring
medical-surgical treatment and continuous cardiac monitoring.
Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, monitoring
cardiac rhythms, administering medications, interpreting telemetry
data, responding to clinical changes, and collaborating with
physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality
