Job Description Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine) - Klamath Falls, OR Location: Klamath Falls, OR Job Type: Full Time Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient clinic setting. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic health conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans emphasizing preventive medicine and patient education. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging as appropriate. Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services to support optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to practice development. Minimal call responsibilities with limited inpatient involvement unless preferred. Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Valid medical license or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Oregon. Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills. Commitment to providing patient-centered, compassionate care. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
