Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 02/09/2026 - Duration: 52 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Job Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Job Type: Full-Time Location: Klamath Falls, OR Shift Information: - Day shift, Monday through Friday (typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Job Description: - Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans - Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercise and manual therapy - Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and assistive device use - Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary care teams - Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, and students as appropriate - Maintain accurate documentation in an electronic medical record system - Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards - Uphold patient confidentiality and quality of care Requirements: - Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program - Active Oregon Physical Therapist license or eligibility - BLS certification within 30 days of hire - Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills - Availability for occasional evenings or weekends Benefits: - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Paid time off (PTO) - Retirement plan - Life insurance and employee assistance program (EAP) - Professional growth and development opportunities - Supportive, team-oriented work environment About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
