Job Description:

Atlanta Gentle Dental seeks a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to manage patient treatment plans, facilitate patient-education sessions, and coordinate schedules to ensure a seamless experience. This role is pivotal in delivering the level of personalized care that our patients expect by assisting them in understanding their treatments and the associated costs, and by managing appointments efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in patient care and experience in handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Discuss treatment options and plan details with patients, ensuring they understand the scope and benefits. Coordinate appointment scheduling to optimize patient satisfaction and clinic efficiency. Manage patient files and records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate with dental staff and specialists to ensure cohesive patient care. Follow up with patients to confirm upcoming appointments and completed treatments. Handle billing and insurance communication as it relates to treatments. Assist in the training of new staff members on office procedures and patient-care protocols. Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with dental software and proficiency in MS Office Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain flexible with duties Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure effective patient interactions Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment protocols Life Insurance 401k CPR certification desired Any relevant certifications in dental office administration will be an advantage
