The Nurse Manager (Medical-Surgical Unit) of Clinical Operations embraces a spirit of continual improvement and possesses a relentless drive towards excellence. The Nurse Manager assembles and develops effective teams of caregivers and leads these teams in a complex and changing environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise Oversee the operations Collaborate with various departments to enhance patient care Implement and maintain best practices in Medical Surgical Unit procedures and patient safety. Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree Nursing. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License 5 years Nursing with experience in progressive leadership roles. Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree Related field. Coursework/Training Formal coursework in management, finance, and other administrative subjects. The successful candidates placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
