About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Massage Therapist to join our team at Ashland Springs Hotel. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional therapeutic and deep tissue massages, reflexology, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy, and other holistic health services to our guests. Your primary goal will be to help our guests relax, rejuvenate, and heal their bodies and minds.Salary: This position is paid through a commission only basis Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Massage Therapist license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in therapeutic and deep tissue massages, reflexology, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy, and other holistic health services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysPreferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a luxury hotel or spa setting
  • Certification in additional massage techniques or holistic health services
  • Experience with healing and energy workResponsibilities:
    • Performing therapeutic and deep tissue massages, reflexology, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy, and other holistic health services to our guests
    • Assessing clients' needs and preferences and suggesting appropriate massage techniques
    • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
    • Ensuring guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
    • Collaborating with other team members to promote the hotel's wellness servicesSkills:As a Massage Therapist, you will use your exceptional skills in therapeutic and deep tissue massages, reflexology, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy, and other holistic health services to help our guests relax, rejuvenate, and heal their bodies and minds. You will also use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assess clients' needs and preferences and suggest appropriate massage techniques. Additionally, you will collaborate with other team members to promote the hotel's wellness services and ensure guest satisfaction.
