Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education and experience as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. • Tuition Reimbursement ProgramCrisis Therapist -Summary: -The Mobile Crisis Team is expected to respond to any location within Klamath County to provide rapid, supportive responses to individuals who may be experiencing a mental health crisis. -Crisis Therapist -Education: -Must meet requirements to qualify as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). QMHPs shall meet the following minimum qualifications and shall hold -one -of the following educational degrees:
  • Graduate degree in Psychology.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing and licensed by the state of Oregon.
  • Graduate degree in social work.
  • Graduate degree in a behavioral science field.
  • Graduate degree in recreational, music or art therapy.
  • Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy and licensed by the State of Oregon.Required Documents:

    • ResumeCrisis Therapist Responsibilities:
      • Masters in a Behavioral Health discipline (social work, counseling, psychology, etc.)
      • Demonstrated ability to assess and diagnose mental health conditions.
      • Computer skills
      • Writing skills
      • At least one year of experience working as a therapist or similar position.
      • Case management skills
      • Managing crisis situations, conducting risk assessments, and working independently.
      • The ability to work with various community partners including law enforcement, hospital staff, and family members, while maintaining your focus on the client's needs is key. -
