Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Medical Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.About the Role:This is a 0.9 FTE, day shift opening (7am-7:30pm, 3, 12 hour shifts per week) with rotating weekends. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions.Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to patients with medical telemetry needs
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and report patient vital signs and other relevant data
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Document patient information in a timely and accurate mannerRequirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
