Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in the
Grants Pass area, serving students from kindergarten through 12th
grade within the Southern Oregon region. This in-person role offers
a comprehensive caseload in a supportive school environment where
your expertise in speech and language development will make a
meaningful impact on students educational progress. Location:
Grants Pass, OR (Jackson County) Contract Duration: ASAP through
June 4, 2026 Schedule: Full-time, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday
through Friday Work Environment: On-site only Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students,
addressing a variety of communication needs. Collaborate with
teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to create
and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Monitor
student progress and maintain accurate documentation and reporting
in alignment with district and state standards. Participate
actively in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary
approaches supporting student success. Qualifications: Valid Oregon
SLP licensure is required. Certification of Clinical Competence
(CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred. Experience working in
school settings, particularly with a caseload of diverse speech and
language disorders across K-12 grades. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills to effectively engage with students, families,
and staff. This position does not offer remote work options at
