Job Description:
What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a/an Director,
Automotive Sales within our Corpay division. This position falls
under our Automotive line of business and is a remote role focused
on driving new business for the West Coast. In this role, you will
be responsible for driving new revenue growth by identifying,
developing, and closing new business opportunities for our
integrated global payment solutions across the automotive vertical.
You will report directly to the Vice President of Automotive Sales
and regularly collaborate with other Directors of Automotive Sales,
Implementation, Marketing, Product, Partners, Customer Success, and
cross-functional internal teams. How We Work As a/an Director,
Automotive Sales, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: •
Self-generating and hunting new business opportunities within the
automotive vertical • Researching and understanding prospective
clients’ business goals, objectives, processes, and challenges •
Communicating consultative recommendations effectively to C-level
and senior leadership stakeholders • Building and leveraging a
professional network to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of
prospects • Managing the full sales cycle including planning, lead
generation, business case development, and closing • Collaborating
with internal teams (Direct Sales, Implementation, Marketing,
Product, Partners, Customer Success) to delivering successful
client outcomes • Communicating accurate and timely sales forecasts
to multiple levels of management • Participating in the preparation
and execution of sales plans, events, and campaigns • Meeting and
exceeding required sales and revenue targets • Owning projects,
identifying solutions, and delivering results within a fast-paced,
technology-driven environment • Tracking and updating pipeline
activity and account details within Salesforce (or other CRM
systems) Qualifications & Skills • 5 years of full-cycle B2B
selling experience with a proven track record of meeting or
exceeding sales goals • Expertise in selling Commercial Payments,
SaaS software, DMS, or technology solutions to C-level executives
and commercial businesses • Strong business development and
prospecting skills with demonstrated success acquiring new clients
• Experience selling into the Automotive, Marine, Powersports,
auction, or trucking industries preferred • Strong understanding of
accounting and finance practices • Excellent verbal, written,
interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills •
Strong organizational, time management, and self-discipline skills
• Ability to represent Corpay in a polished and professional manner
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and
