Position Overview We are hiring a Sales Professional focused on general construction, siding, decking, and exterior remodeling. This is not a quick-hit, pressure-sales role. Its a professional sales position built around education, clear communication, and long-term customer satisfaction. Youll work company-provided leads, collaborate closely with production, and follow a proven sales process. Success here comes from consistency, follow-through, and craftsmanship knowledgenot gimmicks. This role is ideal for someone who understands construction, enjoys working with homeowners, and wants a long-term career with real earning potential. Position Objectives In this role, you will: Drive $12 million in annual sales across siding, decking, and general exterior construction Deliver clear, professional, in-home sales presentations Create accurate estimates, scopes of work, and designs Collaborate with production managers and crews to ensure smooth job execution Follow and continuously improve within the Linkville sales process Maintain flexibility in your schedule while staying accountable to results What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like Run company-generated leads (no cold-door knocking required) Meet homeowners on-site to evaluate projects and propose solutions Walk roofs, inspect siding and decks, and identify construction needs Present repair or replacement options clearly and confidently Build trust-based relationships that turn customers into raving fans Create work orders, pricing, and job scopes with accuracy Report weekly and monthly sales numbers during team huddles Participate in ongoing training and sales meetings Who This Role Is (and Isnt) For This role IS for you if you: Have experience or strong knowledge in deck building, siding, framing, or exterior construction Are comfortable walking on roofs and using ladders Enjoy talking with homeowners and explaining technical details simply Want a careernot just a jobin construction sales Are self-motivated, coachable, and accountable This role is NOT for you if you: Want a high-pressure, one-call-close environment Avoid structure, follow-up, or systems Dislike working in the field or visiting job sites We care deeply about honesty in our hiringthis role requires effort, learning, and discipline, but it also rewards consistency and professionalism.
