Job Description: As an Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our comprehensive range of insurance products to prospective clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. Educating clients on various insurance products and coverage options. Analyzing client requirements and tailoring insurance solutions to meet their individual needs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Relevant state insurance license preferred but not required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
