Job Description:

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Chief Estimator for direct-hire placement!

Our client is a well established design build company specializes in self performing Structural steel, Structural concrete, structural & custom fabricated steel, and pre-engineered metal buildings. Office is located in Bedford, OR but this can be a remote position. Annual salary is $75-1290k per year.

Job Duties:
-Plan, Coordinate and execute detailed accurate estimates.
-Develop relationships with vendors and subcontractors
-Read specs and bid accordingly
-Review all documents
-Delegate tasks
-Proposal letters and take off's
-Review entry level estimators projects

Qualifications

-5+ years experience in general construction estimating
-Experience with pre-engineered metal buildings a hug plus
-Advanced math and computer skills
-Strong experience with commercial estimating software such as Timberline& Planswift is preferred
-Proven ability to maintain and develop clients and staff
