Group is in search of our next Operations Analyst to join our
team.This position is primarily responsible for designing,
developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards, providing
business analysis across multiple areas of business within the
department, evaluating and documenting processes, and ensuring the
data quality of department systems. You will also serve as a
primary interface between the business subject matter experts and
system developers on projects to ensure the solution delivered
meets the needs of the team and strategic partners.RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and ensure data integrity within department systems,
supporting operational and marketing efforts to increase efficiency
and support positive sales results Develop and maintain internal
procedural documentation Provide operational support across the
various initiatives impacting the sales and ops teams Work with our
SalesForce lead to embed its capabilities into MIS and our broader
sales desk and ops teams Assist with regular preparation of data in
reports and dashboards for M Financial leadership members, M board
members, and strategic partners Audit other team members' client
deliverables to ensure accuracy Monitor internal and external
requests for accuracy and timeliness, and assist in analyzing
errors related to reporting and new cases Act as a Business Analyst
for in-house transformation systems built on multiple applications
to support department needs Evaluate business processes,
anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and
developing and implementing solutions Proactively identify
gaps/issues/risks related to the systems and ensure system
requirements are well documented throughout the software
development life cycle Monitor technology deliverables and ensure
timely completion of projects Monthly/quarterly/annually prepare
data for, produce and audit recurring deliverables for an assigned
roster of clients in adherence with quality control processes Must
have the ability to document and objectively assess the performance
against Service Level Agreements in related contracts Monitor
internal and external requests for accuracy and timeliness, and
assist in analyzing errors related to reporting and new cases
Accurately maintain and update client records in Excel, SmartOffice
and other tools Additional tasks and projects as
assignedQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in Business Administration,
Technology, or a related field 4+ years of operational or business
analysis experience (Financial Services sector preferred)SQL Server
and MS SQL/T-SQL experience requiredData visualization tool
experience (Power BI preferred) Strong competency in Microsoft
applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Exceptional
analytical and conceptual thinking skills Excellent documentation
and technical writing skills Experience creating detailed reports
and giving presentations to various audiences Excellent planning,
project management, organizational, and time management skills
Strong drive to produce accurate work by deadline and ability to
keep mental focus while checking large quantities of data Ability
to maintain sensitivity and awareness of confidentiality,
compliance, and regulatory requirementsJOB CONDITIONS AND
