We are looking for a full time manufacturing employee.This is an entry level position working in a great team - we work hard, but we have lots of fun together. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Production of small to medium sized items, including: packaging, stamping, cutting, labeling, weighing, measuring, winding, counting Using equipment to create products Chemical handling and packaging, including some hazmat classified items Maintaining SOPs Machine maintenance Bead-blasting machine parts KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Experience in manufacturing/production - 2 years or more Software: Basic Outlook and Excel; all function-specific software will be trained Able to measure (dimensions, volume, etc.) Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills are a must Must be detail-oriented Able to sit or stand for long periods of time Ok with repetitive motion Good communication skills Safety-conscious Must be able to follow procedures Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records Must be able to work in a loud, somewhat hectic environment Good sense of humor Can self-manage (good time management) Due to visual analysis requirements, must have good eyesight or corrective lenses; must be able to distinguish colors Express Office: Medford3523 Arrowhead DriveSuite 100Medford, OR 97504
