Range:Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the
role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your
education and experience as required by the role, as well as
internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team
members join at the minimum to mid salary range.Salary:--$18.60 -
22.75 DOE (Range includes $2/hr. shift differential)Title

Aid Summary: The Adult Residential Aid is responsible for assisting
in the care and treatment of Phoenix Place and Wood River House
residents (residential, respite and hold), including life skills
training and helping clients attend to activities of daily living
(ADL's). The Aid performs a wide variety of paraprofessional duties
to assist in delivering services to the mentally ill adults.
Facilitates resident cooking, cleaning, and general maintenance
duties.Adult Residential Aid Education:--Must meet the following
qualifications:This is an entry level position. Must have a high
school diploma, or equivalent, and be at least 18 years of
agePreferredActively pursuing a bachelor's degree in a behavioral
health-related field.Adult Residential Aid Responsibilities:Read
and understand each resident's individual service plan. --The
service plan will describe what basic services will be provided to
residents. --These services include but are not limited to cooking,
cleaning, and laundry.Participate with the health care team in
selecting appropriate candidates for residence.--Help with
discharge duties for residential and respite clients.Assist with
admission and/or discharge process and paperwork for residential,
respite and hold clients with guidance from Specialists.Participate
in Residential Service Planning and acts as a member of the
interdisciplinary treatment team.--Assist Specialists with
providing therapeutic interventions with residents as prescribed by
the Residential Service Plan.Observe and monitor residents, and
document accordingly in the resident's record as prescribed by the
Residential Service Plan to the requirements outlined below and
other documentation required by state and county regulations for
residential care.Interacts with other members of the health care
team.Directs residents and actively participates in facility meal
preparation, cleaning, laundry, and general maintenance
duties.Assist residents in activities of daily living, to include
bathing, grooming, hygiene, laundry, cooking, cleaning and general
health.Monitor safety and security of the environment and
clients.--Answer telephones.Inform Supervisor or Program
Administrator of resident and facility needs and concerns.Maintain
positive work environment and working relationships with Phoenix
Place peers, medical and rehabilitation staff.Attend and actively
participate in general staff meetings.Certificates, Licenses,
Registrations:--Valid Oregon driver's license, insurable driving
record. Personal automobile insurance is required if clients are
transported, or any agency business is conducted by the employee
