Description The Lead Rehab Therapist spends up to 20% of time in administrative duties to support clinic daily operations. Provides direct patient care therapy for service area (80% of time or more). • Bachelor's Degree Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathologist or Audiology; from an accredited program. Or
• Master's Degree Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathologist or Audiology; from an accredited program. Or
• Ph.D. Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathologist or Audiology; from an accredited program.
• Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapist License Or
• Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License Or
• Upon hire: Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License Or
• Upon hire: Oregon Speech Language Pathologist Permit
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position. Fingerprinting may be required. (PL 540 and 580 only).
• 2 years Experience working as a therapist (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist or Audiologist). Preferred Qualifications:
