THERAPIST - HOME HEALTH at Providence Medford Medical Center
Schedule: FullTime, Day shift Work Location: This position will be
primarily in Jackson County with an occasional visit needed in
Josephine County on a Saturday Job description: Physical Therapists
develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and
activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in
need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

- Bachelor's Degree From an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Or
- Master's Degree From an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Or
- D.P.T. From an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart
Association
- Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapist License
- Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License - if
practicing within this state
- 1 year Clinical experience in Home Health or healthcare
setting, or active enrollment in the Providence postgraduate
