Job Description:
Dealer Services SupervisorThe Dealer Services Supervisor is
responsible for supporting our dealership network with the
facilitation of the following: overseeing local and state
licensing/compliance matters, dealership management updates, and
knowledge of regulatory automotive franchise laws, to name a few.
This position also requires overseeing the tracking, auditing, and
updating all corporate and automotive dealership records. This
support position will collaborate with a variety of other Lithia
Departments, both internally and externally as well as maintaining
relationships and working with other outside business partners.The
Dealer Services Supervisor reports to the Manager, Manufacturer
Relations & Dealer Services.Compensation Range: $60,000 - $70,000
annuallyResponsibilities
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a group as a positive role
model
- Oversee a team of 2-3 people
- Ensure department is meeting its performance expectations
- Track each individuals performance and provide
guidance/coaching
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels to handle workload -
Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions
- Seek continuous improvement; encourage ideas to improve
processes
- Manage the workflow of the team to ensure daily functions are
completed timely and accurately
- Understand company and department goals, communicate goals to
the team
- Implementing & improving procedures and processes for
department efficiency
- Streamline and standardize workflow
- Provide and participate in cross-training within the
department
- Provide back-up coverage and daily support for administrators
when needed
- Ensuring important deadlines are met and communicated
appropriately to upper management
- Research laws/regulations to complete required paperwork to
obtain licenses and maintain compliance
- Proactively communicate with your supervisor

- Associate or Bachelors Degree
- At least 3 years experience successfully leading a
