Description
The Popcorn Formulator creates and maintains slurry batches and produces caramel corn to department quality and efficiency standards. The Popcorn Formulator position will operate the Popcorn manufacturing equipment, weigh, measure, and blend ingredients to formulate Moose Munch batches in a safe and efficient manner. The Formulator will also monitor ingredients to ensure continuous production and maintain production records, lot dates and pallet counts. In addition, they are responsible for notifying the supervisor of inventory shortages that could disrupt the production flow.
Requirements

• Performing physical activities that require use of hands/wrist, walking, bending, balancing, twisting reaching, lifting a minimum of 50+ pounds (less 20% of time) and standing up to 10 hours.
• Working near moving mechanical parts
• Will be working in dust noise and varied temperatures (65 -- 85 -).
• Bakery Candy Kitchen Food Safety, Dress Code and Sanitation requirements must be followed.
• Flexible to schedule changes.
• Honest and respectful communication.
• Compliance with company attendance standards.
• This is a safety sensitive position, subject to initial and follow-up drug testing.
