Required Qualifications FINRA Series 65 licenseBachelor\u0026#39;s degree and a minimum of 5 years' sales experience in the financial services industry, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years' sales experience in the high net worth or ultra-high net worth client segmentExceptional interpersonal and relationship building skillsResponsibilitiesGenerate client prospects by attending local events, hosting seminars, joining networking groups, utilizing online marketing venues, and leveraging internal and external sources of referrals.Develop and execute a marketing plan to engage target audiences that will attract client prospects to build your practice.Build deep, meaningful relationships with clients and develop a service model to provide solutions that support their financial goals.Collaborate with others in developing presentations delivered in group settings or one-on-one.Keep in touch with clients to ensure that they have the right products for their current needs.Schedule and conduct financial planning and advice meetings with clients and client prospects.Create referral opportunities and build a referral-based practice.?Determine the course for your career in terms of financial objectives.Follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when serving clients and prospects and performing all work-related activities.Understand and comply with all aspects of OPWM's policies and practices, laws and regulations governing the duties and responsibilities of offering financial advice.Maintain all necessary licenses and registrations as requiredPreferred SkillsSelf-motivated, independent, and driven to succeed. Motivated by helping others.
