opening for a Supportive Housing Supervisor at the Swing Lane
Supportive Housing Program in Medford, Oregon. This position
provides daily managerial oversight for the Supportive Housing
Program. The Supportive Housing Supervisor will train, supervise,
and evaluate staff members; develop and maintain staff schedules to
ensure adequate resident support; review and verify timesheets; and
remain accessible by phone for emergency purposes. In addition,
they will maintain up-to-date records, provide clinical
documentation, oversee the program budget, and report property
maintenance issues. The Supportive Housing Supervisor position
requires that applicants have the ability to work as a member of a
direct care team serving adults with severe and persistent mental
illness. In addition, you will receive crisis de-escalation
training, which includes various physical, evasion, and safety
maneuvers. Work Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
(Full Time). Some weekend and/or evening hours may be required, as
well as On-Call rotation. What You'll Make$5,000 - $6,000 per month
DOE/Credentials. Additional 5% Language Differential offered for
Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
About the ProgramSwing Lane (est. 2018) is a 7-unit, Permanent
Supportive Housing Program providing affordable housing to Jackson
Care Connect Members living with a mental health disability. The
goal of this program is to support individuals in order to be
successful in their housing. This program is conveniently located
near public transportation, and just minutes from a variety of
community resources. ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer
for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. QMHA
employees are also eligible to apply for the Oregon Behavioral
Health Loan Repayment Program. What You'll NeedMust be eligible for
Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration. Eligibility
requires 1 out of 3 Criteria below:Bachelor's degree in Behavioral
Science: Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or
related field; OR minimum three (3) years of verifiable behavioral
health experience working with individuals with behavioral health
needs in a supervised setting; OR equivalent combination of
behavioral science education in addition to satisfactory
supplemental behavioral health experience and trainingIf not
already registered as a QMHA through the Mental Health & Addiction
Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO), we will assist you in
registering within 30 days of hire.In addition, we highly prefer
applicants to have two years of supervisory experience. Applicants
must demonstrate good record-keeping skills and keen attention to
detail. Successful applicants MUST also have a valid Oregon
driver's license, maintain a safe driving record, and have the
ability to pass a DHS criminal background check. About
