Job Title: Grants Project CoordinatorDepartment: Business & QI - AdminSupervisor: Project ManagerCategory & Service Array: BHRN Grant - 060 AdministrativeFLSA Status: Exempt (Salaried)Pay Grade: 6 SummaryThe Grants Project Coordinator is responsible for managing complex grants to ensure grant goals, deliverables, and reports are met within the grant timelines and with high quality. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • 1 year of relevant experience leading projects from start to finish.
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective work plans.
  • Strong interpersonal and group facilitation skills.
  • Possess time management skills, the ability to prioritize, and excellent follow-through.
  • Must demonstrate sound judgment, confidentiality, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organization, and oral/written communication.
  • Must be team-oriented, and comfortable in a diverse environment. Preferred Qualification:
  • Experience working in a Behavioral Health agency.
  • Experience working with grants, e.g., writing, executing, auditing, etc. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
  • Interpret and educate others on the required grant activities.
  • Develop program policies and procedures that meet grant requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners, including Oregon Health Authority (OHA), the Oversight and Accountability Council (OAC), and other community organizations participating in grants.
  • Coordinate grant activities including building project plans, tracking deliverables, monitoring programs, collecting data for reporting, and facilitating meetings with stakeholders.
  • Schedule and manage logistics for grant-related meetings and training.
  • Attend all required grant technical assistance meetings and ensure KBBH is compliant with grant goals.
  • Complete and submit reports as outlined in the grant requirements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external stakeholder meetings.
  • Foster teamwork to ensure the programs run smoothly.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's Degree or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Oregon driver's license, and insurable driving record. Driving is a requirement for this position. Proof of insurance must be provided to the HR department. Coverage must remain current. Work Environment: Work is performed indoors at the office. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
