visit our ! About the Job We have an opening for an Administrative
Support Services II position, which will provide front desk
coverage and administrative support to our Administrative Office in
Medford, Oregon. This position performs a wide range of office
support activities including answering phones, directing calls,
greeting visitors, processing and distributing incoming and
outgoing mail, scheduling meeting rooms and company vehicles, and
maintaining filing systems. This position also provides
administrative support throughout the company by coordinating
travel arrangements, assisting with planning and coordinating of
events and trainings, maintaining company-wide documents, ordering
supplies, running various errands in company vehicles, and other
miscellaneous job-related duties, as assigned. This position will
provide support to Administrative buildings across multiple regions
and will be need to be flexible and able to use sound judgment in
managing responsibilities and deadlines.ColumbiaCare Services is a
qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
Program. QMHA employees are also eligible to apply for the Oregon
Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program. Work Schedule: Monday
through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time Day) What You'll
MakeStarting at $17.50+ per hour DOE/Credentials. What You'll
NeedThe ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be
open to feedback, eager to learn, self-motivated, and flexible. The
following criteria REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organizational
skills
- Physical requirements are: ability to climb stairs, bend,
stoop, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs. Additional qualifications
PREFERRED:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related
field; OR 3 years of Administrative Office experience
- A working knowledge of Apple equipment Successful applicants

driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal
