About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic leader to fill our Regional
Administrator position managing several of our Southern Oregon and
Oregon Coast programs. The ideal candidate will possess a high
level of professional skills to oversee the success of multiple
programs providing a variety of different services within the
region. This position will also supervise multiple facility
administrators and will document supervision activities, which will
be used to evaluate employee performance.
What You'll Need
THREE YEARS or more of leadership and high-level management
experience
At least one year of management experience in the Mental Health
field required
Must be organized, able to set priorities, meet critical deadlines,
and follow up assignments with minimal direction
Must be knowledgeable about OARs and applicable rules and standards
of other pertinent regulatory agencies, such as OSHA
Additional Requirements: Demonstrate competence in leadership;
complex program planning and budgeting; fiscal management;
supervision of program staff; personnel and program management;
program staff performance assessment; demonstrate skills and
attitudes reflected in the ColumbiaCare mission, treatment
philosophy and core competencies; ability to analyze and
disseminate data for reporting, program evaluation, and quality
assurance; demonstrate understanding of local and regional service
systems; develop and coordinate community resources; and promote
and ensure positive professional relationships with partner and
oversight agencies.
Successful applicants MUST also have a valid Oregon driver's
license, maintain a safe driving record, and the ability to pass a
DHS criminal background check.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
