Job Description As Clinical Supervisor at Phoenix Counseling Center, you will play an important role on our leadership team and in supporting and supervising our clinical staff to help them continue to serve individuals struggling with substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders. We are a close-knit team of experienced clinicians and student interns.
We are a smaller agency that continues to grow in size and scope of services.
We are aware of the role trauma has played in the lives of those receiving our services and in the struggles that bring them to us for help.

Responsibilities: Provide individual and group supervision for Masters Program students, Registered LPCs, Licensed LPCs, CADCs, and CADC interns Maintain documentation of supervision sessions Perform required evaluations of interns and employees Provide staff trainings Celebrate staff successes Address performance issues promptly Take part in hiring, orientation, and training of new employees Monitor clinician productivity Monitor clinical documentation (service notes, service plans, assessments) to ensure compliance with all State and Medicaid regulations Participate in program development Carry a caseload Qualifications Current licensure as an LPC or MFT in the State of Oregon Meets requirements of the Oregon Board of Licensed Counselors and Therapists as a supervisor Able to be certified by MHACBO as a CADC II within one year of date of employment Pass a criminal and abuse background check Excellent writing skills Pay: $26.00 to $32.00 per hour depending upon experience, credentials and qualifications Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance; paid time off; 7 paid holidays per year While this is currently a remote position, it will return to in-person as soon as possible.
