Make a Difference.Title: Technical Implementation EngineerOverview of PositionResponsible for the implementation, testing on Change Healthcare Cardiology products, as well as providing Teir2 level of technical support and troubleshooting (hardware/software/network) to both internal and external Change Healthcare customers. This includes installing and unpacking hardware, installing/upgrading/configuring servers and workstations, to ensure that system performance is in accordance to specifications for optimal patient care/regulatory requirements. Responsible for integration of Change Healthcare Cardiology's solutions with other Change Healthcare and 3rd party products. These integrations include TomTec, Invia, SmartLink, and Emory.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Deploying, implementing and configuring all purchased Change Healthcare Cardiology products and solutionsPerforming software and hardware installation and/or upgrade, system configuration, quality testing, and documentation according to Change Healthcare defined processesTest, benchmark, and verify that the implemented system is error-free and functional prior to delivery to the customerWork closely with customers to benchmark, design, plan and implement optimal CIS (Cardiology Information Systems) solutionsResponsible for onsite asset review included as part of the implementation and transition to the Support groupPerforming software and hardware installation and/or upgrade, system configuration, quality testing, and documentation according to Change Healthcare defined processesResponsible for all parts issued for builds which include counting, recording, exchange, replacement, report shortages and filing RMA reportsPerform Final Quality Assurance for finished systems as assigned in accordance to Enterprise Imaging quality systemResolve technical problems, analyze and evaluate issues that may occur during implementationWhat are the requirements needed for this position?Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience3 to 6 years of IT experience implementing Information Systems (or related) experience in building and configuring systems as well as supporting both internal and external customers strongly preferredUnderstanding of Network topology and protocols.Active Directory knowledge and understanding; advanced troubleshooting (SQL, Microsoft OS, Active Directory, Networking, Hardware)Capable of lifting 80 lbs. of computer equipment on a continuous basis; capable of working in a confined space for an extended period of timeWhat other skills/experience would be helpful to have?Experience Medical Information Systems is preferredExperience with Windows-based applications such as Word, Excel, and MS server 2017 and SQL 2016MCSE and/or A+ Certification an assetSecurity+ certification (a plus)What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?General office demandsHow much should I expect to travel?About 80 %Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.#li-remoteJoin our team today where we are creating a better coordinated, increasingly collaborative, and more efficient healthcare system!Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action StatementChange Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer.
