PeaceHealth is seeking a Stewardship Coordinator for a 1.0 full time equivalent Non-Exempt position. This position will be working Day shift with shift durations of 8 Hours.Req ID: 186507 JOB SUMMARYPosition is responsible for developing and implementing standards and procedures that support the fundraising activities of all PeaceHealth foundations that reside within assigned network. Responsible for creating a stewardship plan for all donors along with producing personalized communications, reports, recognition, and events for a portfolio of the foundations? most generous donors. Works to foster the relationship between PeaceHealth and its donors through activities that acknowledge, recognize, and report on their gifts.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Supports the creation and implementation of the comprehensive foundation stewardship program for assigned network acknowledging all donors to PeaceHealth.
  • Creates customized stewardship and fund reports for major donors on an annual basis.
  • Works with members of the Foundations Development team to establish and fulfill personalized stewardship strategies that strengthen long-term relationships with donors.
  • Provides direct donor stewardship and engagement as identified and assigned.
  • Coordinates, schedules and drafts content for regular donor communications, including donor impact reports and donor e-newsletter.
  • Ensures stewardship program details are well-documented and communicated to all involved parties and incorporated into moves management tracking.
  • Coordinates the timely and accurate generation and distribution of ?Benefactor? cards/letters to donors to ensure prompt recognition of their giving and communication of benefits to be received.
  • Creates and produces stewardship events with the special events staff.
  • Ensures that caregivers are trained/refreshed on ?the Benefactors Program? procedures on a regular basis.
  • Researches, creates, and produces donor listings for events and communications. Coordinates print/online donor recognition activities across the network, include annual updates of donor walls (major giving, planned giving and annual giving) as well as donor
  • Develops and maintains weekly staff on-call schedules.
  • Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONSEducation:
  • Associate degree in business or a related field or combination of education and experience that provides the caregiver with the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job required.
  • Bachelor?s degree preferred.Licensure/Certification
    • Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) is preferredExperience/Training:
      • Minimum of three years program coordination in a non-profit environmentOther Skills:
        • Ability to travel within assigned network.
        • Ability to research, analyze, and gather data to prepare concise, logical summaries and reports across a variety of topics
        • Strong written communication skills to prepare, proofread, and edit a variety of correspondence and reports for correct grammar, punctuation, spelling and syntax with excellent attention to detail
        • Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain good working relationships with diverse groups, including caregivers, physicians, donors, volunteers and administrators
        • Strong organizational and time management skills and meticulous attention to detail; the ability to set, negotiate, and meet priorities and produce high-quality work under multiple deadline pressure and within a busy environment
        • Proficient computer skills, including the full Microsoft Office suite; Experience with Raiser's Edge or other fundraising database is essential. Southwest Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
          • Work requires fairly light physical exertion from up to 65% of the time
          • Ability to lift objects weighing 30lbs or less
          • Work is performed under normal working conditions with adequate lighting and ventilation.
