to grow with us. As a Tire /Lube Technician , you will be
responsible for all aspects of Vehicle Maintenance, Tire related
services and performing full vehicle inspections. This position
operates in all types of indoor and outdoor work environments,
therefore exposure to heat and cold is to be expected. Excellent
safety and attendance performance is expected. Responsibilities
Perform oil changes, lube chassis. Keep customer vehicle clean.
Proper documentation of vehicle inspection. Reports to service
counter staff. Mounting and dismounting tires on retail vehicles,
medium trucks, and trailers. Including training and use of
additional safety equipment for enhanced danger. Balancing tires to
ensure proper weight distribution. Understanding additional balance
mechanisms such as balance beads and balance rings. Identifying and
repairing punctures or other damage to tires and/or tubes. Patching
or plugging tires as necessary. Evaluating retail vehicles, medium
trucks, and trailers, lifting using proper equipment in accordance
with safety protocols. Rotating tires at regular intervals to
promote even tread wear. Maintaining communication with a service
coordinator throughout service repair and documenting properly
depending on customer needs. Keep shop and work areas clean and
clear between repairs. Qualifications Valid driver's license and
acceptable driving record required. Retail or commercial tire or
automotive service experience a plus Must own a set of basic
tools-special tools will be provided. Effective communication with
customers and team members working toward building long-term
relationships based on trust and integrity Ability to plan and
prioritize work efficiently while upholding excellent quality
standards Professional demeanor and attire in accordance with
