opportunities for YOU. ResponsibilitiesDescription: We are seeking
a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team
as an HR Diligence and Integration Coordinator. In this role, you
will play a crucial part in facilitating the seamless integration
of new acquisitions into our organization. Your primary
responsibilities will include scheduling, coordinating onboarding
activities, tracking project activities, and providing support to
the HR Integration Analyst and HR Integration Manager throughout
the deal lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule
meetings, project tracking, and other relevant activities related
to mergers and acquisitions.Facilitate the onboarding process for
newly acquired team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the
organization.Track project activities and milestones to ensure
timely completion and adherence to deadlines.Provide administrative
support to the HR Integration Analyst, including organizing
documents, maintaining records, and assisting with data
analysis.Assist in the development and implementation of
integration plans, including communication strategies, cultural
alignment initiatives, and harmonization efforts.Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to gather information, coordinate
activities, and address any issues or concerns that arise during
the integration process.Serve as a point of contact for acquired
team members, answering questions, providing guidance, and
addressing concerns as needed.Contribute to the continuous
improvement of integration processes and procedures, identifying
areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.0-2 years of related work
experiencePrevious experience in HR coordination, project
management, is preferred.Strong organizational skills with the
ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize
effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with
the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all
levels of the organization.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management
tools.Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy and
attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Ability to adapt
quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.Knowledge of HR
principles, practices, and regulations is a plus. If you are a
