About the Job We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Supported Employment Supervisor. This position will provide daily managerial oversight of the Supported Employment team, which provides culturally competent services to clients with persistent mental illness toward the goal of competitive employment in the community, including assessment, placement training, and long-term support. The Supported Employment Supervisor provides day-to-day administrative support, training, and evaluation to Supported Employment Specialists. They also develop and maintain the Supported Employment program's structure and guidelines and monitor all aspects of the program's operations and the outcomes of client support services. The Supervisor assists with the coordination of Vocational Rehabilitation and other service providers, community employers, clients and families, and residential service providers; and manages a small caseload of their own. Regular travel is required between various programs/locations within the Rogue Valley. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time) What You'll Make $4,500 - $5,500 per month DOE/Credentials. Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired). About the Program Supported Employment is a service that provides people with disabilities the help they need to get and keep a job that matches their interests, skills and abilities. We partner with individuals to make sure they have the support they need throughout the process. ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. QMHA employees are also eligible to apply for the Oregon Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program. What You'll Need You must be registered as a QMHA through MHACBO or become registered within 30 days of hire. Eligibility for QMHA registration requires 1 out of 3 Criteria below:
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science: Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field;
  • OR minimum three (3) years of verifiable behavioral health experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs in a supervised setting;
  • OR equivalent combination of behavioral science education in addition to satisfactory supplemental behavioral health experience and training Additionally, Individual Placement Support (IPS) Supported Employment experience and TWO (2) years of supervisory experience is highly preferred. Successful applicants MUST also have a valid Oregon driver's license, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
