JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the HR Manager, the Benefits Supervisor is
responsible for the administration of all benefits and retirement
programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-
and long-term disability, and 401(k) plan. Manages and oversees
leave requests and accommodations requiring specialized attention,
particularly those arising under the Family and Medical Leave Act
(FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), state and local
leave laws, and short-term or long-term disability plans. JOB
DUTIES
Pay Range: $65,000 - $70,000
The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a
computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform
duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that
of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions
throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit,
talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion,
handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20
pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals
with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
