Job Description:
The HR Shared Services Coordinator is part of a high-energy team
transforming HR service delivery for the organization. You will
play a vital role as we deliver exceptional customer service to
employees and the HR team with the objective of first touch
resolution for HR administration and data entry processing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Onboard a high volume of new employees at various
locations
- Coordinate all onboarding activities with various stakeholders
across multiple locations including recruiters, managers, trainers,
and other HR personnel
- Facilitate administrative aspects of employee onboarding
including new hire paperwork completion, answering general
questions, and ensuring all new hires experience a smooth
transition
- Own data integrity of new hire information including auditing
of information
- Organize and maintain employee files
- Respond to employees and managers per defined guidelines
regarding all onboarding inquiries
- Provide onboarding navigation support and assistance with
employee, manager and HRBP self-service tools
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements and service
delivery standards
- Provide recommendations or suggest methods to update, simplify,
and enhance processes and procedures
- Assist in creating knowledge base articles, video's and
training solutions
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in an HR support role,
preferably in a shared services environment
- Experience with high volume onboarding* *
- Must be highly proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and
able to research, compile and clearly present information and
data
- Knowledge of local, state and federal compliance
efforts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in PC & Microsoft Office
- Excellent data entry skills
- Superior organizational and interpersonal skills
- Customer focused, successfully managing customer
expectations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced
environment
- Action and result oriented with an eye for process
improvement
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Preferred working knowledge of HR systems such as UltiPro and
WorkDay
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential
information
- Team spirit
