      • Tobacco Cessation ProgramAbout the Job We have an opening for a Supported Employment Specialist position. The Supported Employment Specialist works with community members with persistent mental illness to gain and retain competitive employment and life skills. You will be collaborating with clients to create individual placement and support plans based on client needs and goals including; identifying skills, connecting to community resources, networking with employers and job coaching. You will be working with diverse treatment teams including Outpatient, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), and Early Assessment and Support Alliance (EASA) to support a client---s recovery through work and community engagement. In addition, you will receive crisis de-escalation training, which requires performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques. Regular travel is required between various programs/locations within the Rogue Valley.Responsibilities Include:
        • Counseling individuals to help them understand and overcome personal, social, or behavioral problems affecting their vocational situations.
        • Establishes and maintains connections with business offering employment opportunities including contacting employment services, cold calling and previous contacts.
        • Perform job analysis and interventions as needed for individuals who may be at risk of losing their job such as logistics of transportation and benefits planning.
        • Meets standards for timely completion of service documents, tracks client progress and employment status, releases of information and authorizations.Work Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week), 8-hour day shifts. Some flexibility is required based on client employment needs. What You---ll MakeStarting at $3,466+ per month DOE/Credentials. About the Program Our Outpatient Program provides assessment and evaluation, treatment plan development, and provides clinically indicated outpatient therapy, case management, skills training, and psychiatric (medication) services. The Psychiatric Services Team operates as a branch within the Outpatient Program, specializing in psychiatric, nursing, and medication services. Psychiatric services are provided both on-site and remotely through telemedicine. Frequent travel to Downtown Clinic. What You---ll Need1 out of 3 Criteria below:
          • Bachelor---s degree in Behavioral Science: Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Human Development;
          • OR minimum three (3) years of verifiable mental health experience working with individuals living with a serious mental illness in a supervised social service setting;
