friendly character of the restaurants and casino. Join our team in
its dedication to be the leading destination for gaming and
hospitality on the beautiful, southern Oregon coast! Why this job
matters At Ko-Kwel Casino Resort, our slot floor is where
excitement lives-and our Slot Operations Technicians are the
behind-the-scenes heroes who keep the fun going. As a Slot Tech I,
you play a critical role in making sure games run smoothly, guests
stay happy, and the gaming floor feels safe, welcoming, and
high-energy. You blend technical skill with guest service,
supporting Slot Ambassadors and helping deliver the "Million Dollar
Service" experience every guest deserves. What you bring to the
table Make sure the space stays safe, clean, and friendly for both
guests and the rest of the team; speak up and report any safety
concerns to the Safety Committee. Keep slot and VLT equipment
operating at peak performance through routine maintenance, repairs,
and preventive care. Promote a clean, safe, and friendly
environment for guests and teammates-and speak up about safety
concerns by reporting them to the Safety Committee. Perform jackpot
verifications and assist with witnessing signatures as requested,
following department policies. Support Title 31 compliance and
assist Slot Ambassadors with required reporting for customer
disputes and revenue audits. Monitor daily slot floor operations,
complete service orders, and provide technical support to other

functionality, troubleshoot error codes, clear jams, change paper,
and reset machines as required. Assist with casino equipment moves
and scheduled drop detail functions. Stay informed on casino

the excitement with guests. Be a reliable support partner to Slot
Ambassadors, helping ensure seamless guest experiences. Jump in
where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly.
(Other duties as assigned) Physical stuff to know We've included
the typical physical parts of the job here. If you need an
accommodation to do the work, just let us know-we're here to
support you. This role keeps you moving. You'll spend much of your
shift standing and walking, using tools, handling equipment, and
occasionally sitting. The position requires the ability to perform
a 150-lb two-person lift with intermediate frequency. Flexibility
is key-weekends, evenings, and holidays are part of casino life.
It's important to stay calm and make good decisions under pressure,
especially when dealing with stressful situations or upset people.
Just a heads-up-the casino environment may expose you to secondhand
smoke. This is a quick summary of the main duties and
requirements-it might not cover everything you could be asked to
do. Must-haves, nice-to-haves, and maybe some bonus points Friendly
and approachable attitude that helps guests (and the team) feel
welcome and cared for every day. High School Diploma or GED
required (additional electronics training is a plus). At least 6
months of repair or electronic maintenance experience, with the
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfort working
safely with hand-operated and electric tools. Strong organization
skills, good judgment, and attention to detail. A team-first
mindset, self-motivation, and a commitment to confidentiality.
Ability to complete the Slot Technician Training Checklist within
90 days of hire. Must pass and remain compliant with Coquille
Gaming Commission background check and drug-free workplace
requirements. Ko-Kwel Casino Resort is owned by the Coquille Indian
Tribe. Team members are eligible for a comprehensive health care
benefit, generous time off policy, 401-K retirement with 4% company
