Designer Greeting Cards is looking for qualified Merchandisers to work in multiple areas. Allocated hours for each location are 2 hours plus additional pay including drive time and mileage reimbursement. Starting pay is $15.00-$18.00 based off of experience. - Position is Part-Time or on call working 8 hour shifts in multiple locations.Greeting Card Merchandiser Job DescriptionA retail greeting card merchandiser handles the responsibilities of organizing and restocking the card department at various retail locations. In this job, your duties include unpacking an order, checking inventory, reviewing transaction sales, ordering new products as needed, and setting up seasonal displays. This job can become busier during the holidays when you need to restock more frequently to meet demand. You are typically assigned to multiple stores within an area and must drive to each location to fulfill your duties.Key Responsibilities:

Regular, reliable, and predictable attendanceMerchandise product and card racks/aislesAttention to detail is criticalDisplay promotional material such as signs and banners in accountsAbility to operate under minimal supervisionAbility to use computer and scannerAbility to use mobile phone app for ordering and payroll time entriesAbility to use company websiteAbility to send, receive, open attachments for all email correspondenceAbility to take pictures of displays on phone and text picsClean and straighten product and fixturesAbility to provide occasional aisle and spinner rack maintenancePosition Requirements:
Reliable TransportationValid driver's license and proof of insuranceSmart phoneComputer with internet accessPrinterPrevious experience a plus, but not necessary -Physical Requirements:
Position requires being able to lift and/or carry a 25/35/50 lb. box regularlyPosition requires being able to stand for up to 8 hours or more (if needed to complete service at customer site)Position requires being able to regularly grasp and/or pick up objectsPosition regularly requires the team member to bend forward by bending at the waist or by bending the legs and spine to work on filling a card rack, dusting top and bottom of rack, cleaning rack, and/or packing up card product in boxes that need to be returnedPosition regularly requires the team member to do repetitive motion.Powered by JazzHR
