• Review all transactions associated with the accounting of certain Lithias management companies (APCs, LAD, Starbucks, LAO/DAO).
• Manage the month-end close process for several of Lithias management companies governing the transactions noted above.
• Ensure all corporate invoices related to various corporate entities and dealerships are processed timely and coded accurately.
• Manage the relationship with our external utility and telecom payment provider (Engie) to ensure all acquired stores are setup timely and accurately, all existing stores are serviced appropriately and all divested stores are properly removed from management of the external provider (in conjunction with the Real Estate team).
• Manage staff and monitor productivity to ensure work is completed accurately and timely.Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university.
  • At least four years of accounting and/or audit experience, including experience with GAAP.
  • At least two years of supervisory experienced desired.
  • Experience with large ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.) desired.
