The team consists of 3 Neurologists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers. Annual base salary of $401,000 Eligible for annual value-based incentive up to $40,000 starting in year two Eligible to participate in Neurology Physician Production Incentive Signing bonus $30,000 Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance $5,000 annual CME allowance 240 hours (30 days) of authorized time off per year Excellent health, dental, vision, and retirement Benefits Will accept new grads Can provide immigration sponsorship Epic EMR Schedule; typically Monday Friday 8am 5pm Call 1:6 9 county service area (625,000) International airport in Medford
