Women's Health Center of Southern Oregon Full Time Hours: 4-day work-week: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Partnership New Graduates Call Schedule: Shared call, approximately 1:5 with goal of 1:6 as group expands Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus Compensation: $350,000 - $375,000 base salary+ $100,000 sign-on bonus+ $100,000 retention bonus (year 2)+ Generous productivity incentives+ Partnership pathway (after year 2) Benefits: - 5 weeks PTO (includes paid holidays)- $3,000 CME allowance- Eligibility for Oregon rural loan repayment options- Full health, dental, and vision plans- 401k with matching + profit sharing- Licenses, dues covered Additional Info: Experience true work-life balance in a supportive, team-oriented OBGYN practice.
