Job Description Providence Medical Group - Southern Oregon is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Pediatrician to join its well-established Medford Pediatrics practice in Medford, Oregon. You will join a collegial team of 4 other physicians and 2 APPs providing quality primary care for a diverse patient population. The clinic includes a medical home setting with a multidisciplinary team including behavioral health, case management, medical assistants, and community resource coordinator. Position Details: - Full time position; 1.0 FTE - Schedule is 4 days per week - Outpatient pediatrics position with 1:5 newborn call responsibilities - Hospital privileges limited to rounding on newborns and birth center support Compensation & Benefits: - $50,000 starting bonus and educational loan repayment funds available - Guaranteed base salary, incentives, and relocation assistance available - Standard Employed Provider Benefits Package, including PTO, Health, Life, Dental, Vision, Disability, Malpractice, and CME days and dollars - The clinic has an active site application on file with the Oregon Office of Rural Health for those interested in applying to the provider incentive programs - National Health Service Corps (NHSC) approved site location - As a non-profit organization, Providence is an eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Qualifications & Requirements: - Position is eligible for J1-waiver and H1b sponsorship - Open to new graduates Where You’ll Work Providence Medical Group is an organization of employed physicians, with more than 90 clinics across the state of Oregon.
