What You’ll Do: • Evaluate and treat patients with neurological conditions • Deliver skilled physical therapy based on individualized care plans • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery • Occasionally provide specialized therapy as needed What You Need: • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy program • Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire • BLS – American Heart Association (within 30 days of hire) • Occasionally specialized PT experience or training may be required
