What You’ll Do: Provide skilled orthopedic physical therapy to patients/clients with diverse diagnoses. Evaluate, treat, and document patient progress according to individualized care plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality care. Occasionally provide specialized therapy based on department needs. What You Need: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire. BLS – American Heart Association (within 30 days of hire). For PL540 (PCC) & PL580 (BNC) ONLY – DHS background check required upon hire.
