What You’ll Do: • Evaluate and treat patients based on individualized care plans • Deliver evidence-based therapy to maximize patient function • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery goals What You Need: • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy program • Oregon Physical Therapist License (upon hire) • BLS – American Heart Association (within 30 days of hire)
