Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Crescent City, California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: /n RN - ER /n/n Job Details: /n • 5 years of nursing experience required /n• Travel experience required /n• Every other weekend schedule required /n• 4:1 patient ratio for all shifts (days, nights, weekends) /n• Self-scheduling /n• 24-hour orientation /n• Care for patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics /n• Daily census of 50-70 patients /n• Work in 12-bed unit with 11 total beds /n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC (all must be AHA certified) /n• Epic charting system experience preferred /n• Must maintain valid state license at time of submission /n• Skills required include interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, central line care, continuous IV sedation, emergency medications, IV vasopressors, procedural sedation, BiPAP/CPAP management, ABG interpretation, ventilated patient care, isolation precautions, and triage /n• Trauma Level II experience required /n• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing /n• 7-year work history verification required /n• Modules completed during orientation through e-learning platform /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive emergency department with interdisciplinary support services including physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, and unit secretary support.
