Speech Language Pathologist Location: Grants Pass, OR Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $2,219 to $2,419 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Join a travel SLP opportunity in Grants Pass, OR at a skilled nursing facility and use your skills where they are needed most. Minimum Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Active Oregon state license or eligibility to obtain an Oregon SLP license prior to start. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments preferred. Experience with dysphagia assessment and treatment, instrumental assessments (FEES or modified barium swallow) preferred. Experience with documentation systems used in long-term care and interdisciplinary team collaboration preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days.
