Includes on-call duties and may require floating to Brookings, if needed. Candidate must have a current OR license and certifications including BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. Compliance profile required at least two weeks prior to start. Requirements: Current OR license in hand at time of submission BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certifications required Must obtain PALS after 6 months, including extensions Full compliance profile due by 04/17/2026 Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Core Mandatory Part III
